If Active Dawg doesn’t work for you for any reason, you’re 100% covered — simply reach out to our customer success team at [email protected] and let them know why the product didn’t work for you. They will provide you with return instructions and once we’ve received the item back in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll provide you with a full refund for the item you purchased.
If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that all products purchased via limited-time sales events (Black Friday, clearance, etc.) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
